中药塌渍加推拿对腰椎间盘突出症顽固性疼痛的影响

Study traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and massage's value on stubborn pain in lumbar disc prolapse

目的:探讨中药塌渍加推拿在腰椎间盘突出症顽固性疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院进行腰间盘突出症顽固性疼痛治疗的患者144例,将其随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用中药塌渍加推拿,对照组采用一般护理。对比两组患者的治疗效果及疼痛缓解情况。结果:试验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症顽固性疼痛护理中,中药塌渍加推拿具有加速药物作用、促进患者恢复、缓解疼痛等临床效果,充分发挥了临床应用价值。

Objective： To survey and study traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and massage＇s value on stubborn pain in lumbar disc prolapse. Methods： Chose 144 cases of these stubborn pain in lumbar disc prolapse patients who have been treated at our hospital,divided them into experimental group（ traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and massage group） and control group（ ordinary nursing care group） according to their treatment effects. The compared these two different nursing care＇s clinical effects. Results： Experimental group＇s overall effective rate was higher than control group. Experimental group＇s pain score was obviously lower than control group,the differences have statistics meaning（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains and massage has significant clinical effect on stubborn pain in lumbar disc prolapse,it can speed up grug effect,promote patients＇ recovery and release pain.
