低温灌注液在硬核白内障Phcao手术的临床观察

The Clinical Study of Hypothermic Solution Use in Phacoemulsification for Hard Nucleus Cataract

在硬核白内障超声乳化(Phcao)手术中使用低温灌注液,以防止或减少术后并发症的发生。把乳酸钠林格氏液经低温处理后,于手术开始时取出使用。将行Ⅳ、Ⅴ级硬核白内障Phcao手术患者,随机分成实验组(使用低温灌注液组)和对照组(使用常温灌注液组),比较两组术后角膜水肿、角膜内皮细胞情况。结果,术后角膜水肿方面实验组较对照组轻;术后1个月角膜内皮细胞密度实验组较高;差异均具有统计学意义。结果表明,在硬核白内障Phcao手术中使用低温灌注液,可有效降低术中产生的热效应,减轻角膜内皮细胞的损伤。

Hypothermic solution was used in phacoemulsification for hard nucleus cataract to reduce the complication. Sodium lactate ringer＇s solution was used in phacoemulsification after cold treatment. Patients of IV, V grade nuclear cataract surgery were divided into two groups, Experimental group（use hypothermic solution） and Control group（room temperature solution）. corneal swelling and corneal endothelial cell loss of the two groups were compared. After phacoemulsification, corneal swelling were significantly lighter in experimental group than those in control group. Corneal endothelial cell loss were significantly lower in experimental group than those in control group. Hypothermic solution reduces the energy in the process of the operation with less damage on corneal endothelial cells, with it adopted in phacoemulsification for hard nucleus cataract.
