摘要
本文以当前大蒜的种植、贮藏和销售情况为基础,分析了大蒜价格波动的影响因素,提出了今年大蒜产业面临的机遇、风险和挑战;并在此基础上,预测了大蒜的价格走势,进一步提出了营销对策,以期为大蒜种植者和经营者提供参考。
Based on garlic planting, storage and sales, the factors affecting price volatility of garlic were analyzedand the opportunities, the risks and challenges garlic facing in 2014 were presented in this paper. Aimed on providing reference for garlic operators, garlic further prices, and marketing strategy was proposed on the basis of the current situation.
