摘要
玻璃幕墙已广泛应用于建筑工程中,但关于幕墙节点细部结构的研究较少,本文以义乌世贸中心实际工程为依托,对幕墙节点细部结构的计算分析方法及控制指标进行探讨。本工程幕墙工程主要包括单元式幕墙和构件式幕墙。运用有限元软件ANSYS 11.0对单元式幕墙的铝合金挂件和隐框横梁托条进行模拟分析。分析结果表明:铝合金挂件和隐框横梁托板在设计荷载下均处于弹性工作状态,2倍设计荷载下构件局部进入塑性工作状态,仍能保持构件的有效性及整体性。
Curtain wall has been widely used in civil engineering,but there are leaks of investigations for details anyalysis of curtain wall node. Based on practiacl project of Yiwu World Trade Center,which includes the unitized curtain wall and the frame curtain wall,the analytial method and control index for details anyalysis of curtain wall node are discussed in this paper. The mechanical properties of aluminum bracket on the unitized curtain wall and the glass support on hidden transom are simulated and analyzed by using finite element software ANSYS 11. 0. The results show that aluminum bracket on the unitized curtain wall and the glass support on hidden transom are in elastic state under design load,local components enter into the plastic state under 2 times design load,but still remain the effectiveness of components and integrity.
