广州亚运城体操馆结构施工过程模拟分析及关键技术研究 被引量:3

Simulation Analysis on Erection Procedure and Research on Key Technologies of the Asian Games Gymnastics Stadium in Guangzhou

摘要 广州亚运城体操馆结构属于大跨度空间钢结构体系,钢结构屋盖通过内外环桁架及H型钢梁将飘带区单层网壳、比赛区拱架以及训练区桁架三部分联系为一体。基于结构的复杂性,在施工中仅仅考虑成型结构在不同荷载组合下的受力和变形是远远不够的。本文采用施工力学的方法对结构进行施工全过程模拟分析,并对结构在施工过程中的若干关键技术进行研究。研究表明:采用有限元法对大跨空间钢结构进行施工预分析是可行的。按照特定顺序施焊,并对环桁架进行分段施工,可以保证结构的施工质量及安全。环桁架分段单元的吊装满足受力要求,分段方法合理,有较高的安全储备。在此基础上总结了施工中的重点、难点问题,为此类大跨度空间钢结构的合理设计和施工提供了参考。 The Asian Games Gymnastics Stadium structure system is composed by three relatively respective units link each other by circular spatial truss or H-shaped steel. The three units are competition gymnasiums arch truss system without diagonal member,the training gymnasiums truss system and single-layer lattice shell system. Because the internal force and deformation of the structure are very complicated during the construction process. For this reason,it is necessary to analyze the internal force and deformation of the Asian Games Gymnastics Stadium during the construction process by using the method of construction mechanics. Based on the complexity of the structure,the simulation analysis on erection procedure and the research on key technologies are proposed. The analytical results show that the erection sequence has great influence on internal force and deformation of the members. It is feasible to pre-analysis the construction by using the finite element method for the large-span structure. Through weld by specific sequence and section construction can guarantee the safety of the structure effectively. From the analysis,it is believed that the peak of stress does not exceed the yield strength for the segmentation unit during the process of lifting,and this has the high security reserves. The emphasis and difficulty in construction are concluded. These provide a reasonable basis for the construction of large-span spatial structures.
