巧用临时冠包裹护牙素减轻活髓基牙敏感 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价利用护牙素对活髓基牙脱敏两种方法的效果。方法选择60例共125颗活髓基牙,随机分成实验组、对照组。基牙制备后,用护牙素脱敏、取模,之后制作临时冠,实验组再次涂布护牙素,并直接利用临时冠把护牙素包裹基牙;对照组用氧化锌丁香油粘固剂粘固临时冠。结果试验组对基牙的脱敏作用优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论新方法巧用护牙素使脱敏效果更好。 [Objective] To evaluate the utilization of dental care of vital pulp teeth desensitization of the effect of the two methods. [Methods] 60 patients with a total of 125 vital pulp teeth, were randomly divided into experi- mental group, control group. Abutment preparation, with tooth mousse desensitization, modulus, after a temporary crown was made, the experimental group again coated tooth mousse, and the direct use of the temporary crown abut- ment tooth mousse package; the control group with zinc oxide eugenol cements in the temporary crown. [Results] Experimental group desensitization on abutment is better than the control group, the difference was statistically sig- nificant(P 〈0.05). [ Conclusions ] The new method using tooth mousse that desensitization effect is better.
