摘要 对某款自卸车车厢进行有限元建模,对其多种工况进行模拟,评价原始车厢各种工况下的性能,寻找原有车厢刚度和强度的冗余及不足,并对其进行轻量化设计。经验证,该轻量化设计方案在满足原有设计要求并且车厢的刚度和强度分布都合理的情况下,实现了38.63%的减重效果,为自卸车车厢轻量化设计提供了一个可借鉴的方法。 By constructing the FEM model of a dump truck carriage and simulating under common working conditions, the performances of the carriage are obtained and the redundant and insufficient strength and stiffness are found. Thus the lightweight design is carried out. After the verification, the optimized carriage design reduced the self-weight by 38.63%, respected the design requirements and had a reasonable strength and stiffness distribution, which provided a feasible method for the lightweight design.
