摘要
10 kV及以下配电网使用的拉线抱箍属于铁附件,目前尚没有统一技术标准,加工图五花八门。即使是流行的通用抱箍设计,也存在抗拉强度与拉线金具不级配,有的大马拉小车,造成材料浪费;有的强度不足,易成为工程隐患。按照与拉线金具等强度设计方法设计出4种型号的拉线抱箍,在满足配电网工程强度级配、安全可靠的前提下,既降低成本又能替代旧有的通用设计。
The stay wire circular embrace hoop of 10 kV and less distribution network belongs to power grid structure iron accessories. At present,it has no uniform standard. The processing figures are multifarious. And the popular general stay wire circular embrace hoop mismatches granular between tensile strength with arrows hardware. Some of them are relatively big, which can cause the material waste. Some of them are not enough for strength, which can have engineering hidden trouble easily. According to the design of arrows and hardware,we work out four types of the stay wire circular embrace hoop. On condition to satisfy nets engineering strength gradation, safety and reliability, they can not only reduce cost, but also replace the old general design.
