水分和老化对油浸绝缘纸温度介电谱和活化能的影响 被引量:33

Influence of Water Content and Aging on Temperature Domain Dielectric Spectroscopy and Activation Energy of the Transformer Oil Impregnated Papers

摘要 为了研究老化和水分对油浸绝缘纸温度介电谱和活化能的影响,以便更准确地评估其水分含量和老化状态,利用Concept 80宽频介电谱仪测量了不同水分含量、不同老化程度下油浸绝缘纸介质损耗的频域介电谱和温度介电谱,然后利用Arrhenius方程计算得到了油浸绝缘纸的活化能。研究发现:在相同温度下,油浸绝缘纸介质损耗随着其老化程度的加深或水分含量的增大而都逐渐增大;随着温度升高,相同水分含量下不同老化程度或相同老化程度下不同水分含量的油浸绝缘纸介质损耗的差异越来越显著;利用无交互作用双因素方差分析表明,水分对活化能的影响显著,老化对活化能几乎没有影响;油浸绝缘纸活化能与水分有很好的线性关系,可用来评估油浸绝缘纸的水分含量并消除测量温度对其频域介电谱的影响。 In order to evaluate water content and aging status of oil impregnated papers correctly, we used Concept 80 broadband dielectric spectrometer to measure the frequency domain spectroscopy and temperature domain spectroscopy of oil impregnated papers with different water content and aging status, and then calculated the papers' activation energy based on the Arrhenius equation. The results show that, at the same temperature, the dissipation factor of oil impregnated paper increases with the increase of water content or aging status. However, with increasing temperature, the dissipation factor of oil impregnated papers with the same water content but different aging status or the same aging status but different water content differs more and more. A two-way ANOVA analysis with no interaction is used to analyze the experimental data, showing that water content has a significant influence on activation energy while aging status has no influence. In oil impregnated papers, activation energy is linearly related to water content, so it can be used to evaluate water content while eliminating the influence of measuring temperature on frequency domain spectroscopy.
