摘要
独立光伏发电系统主电路器件晶体管和电容、电感参数值会对系统的稳定性造成一定的影响。采用多种算法匹配其参数值,并利用PSIM仿真软件,建立光伏电池、铅酸蓄电池和电动车模型。对系统中降压和升压DC/DC电路分别进行仿真,通过分析时域波形图,验证了方案的可行性和多种算法的正确性。阐述了主电路器件对系统稳定性的影响,为独立光伏发电系统主电路器件的设定提供理论依据。
The main circuit devices parameters of independent photovoltaic power system, transistor, capacitor and inductor parameters, could influence the stability of system, using a variety of algorithms to match the parameters and using PSIM simulation software to build photovoltaic cells, lead-acid battery and electric vehicle model. Buck and Boost DC/DC circuits in the system were respectively simulated,and through analyzing time-domain wave form,the feasibility of design scheme and the correctness of various algorithms were verified. The influence of main circuit devices on system stabilization was presented, providing theoretical basis for the setting of independent photovoltaic power system main circuit devices.
