摘要 针对传统UPS蓄电池内阻在线监测系统布线复杂的问题,采用无线传感器网络WSN技术设计了蓄电池组内阻在线监测系统,系统主要由多个电压监测节点、一个电流监测节点和上位机组成。通过电流互感器和控制器的ADC口采集UPS浮充和放电两种情况下的总电流和单节电池的端电压,根据直流检测方法求出单体电池的内阻,通过ZigBee网络将数据打包发送至上位机。上位机是一台装有监控管理软件的计算机,负责接收、处理、显示和统计分析各监测节点发送来的数据。实验证明,该系统能够实现蓄电池组内阻的实时在线监测,且工作稳定、安装方便,消除了由于大量布线存在的短路隐患。 As to the complex wiring problem of traditional UPS battery resistance on-line monitoring system, a battery resistance on-line monitoring system composed of voltage monitoring nodes, a current monitoring node and a host PC was designed by using WSN technology. The total current and the single battery terminal voltage were collected by the current sensor and ADC on the controller in the condition of float charging and discharging of UPS, and the cell resistance was got according to direct current detection measure,and the data was packed and sent to host PC through ZigBee network. The host PC is a computer equipped with monitoring management software, responsible for receiving, disposing, displaying and analyzing the data sent from all the monitoring nodes. The experiment show that this system can realize the battery resistance real-time on-line monitoring, operating stably and easy to install,eliminating the danger of shorting due to a lot of wiring of the battery.
