摘要
分析了二极管箝位型五电平逆变器的拓扑结构及其工作原理。研究了一种基于线电压坐标系的简化SVPWM算法。该算法无需进行扇区判断,只需要判断小三角形的方向和简单的运算,就可以确定合成参考电压矢量的三个基本电压矢量及其作用时间,提高了计算的速度。对基于线电压坐标系的五电平SVPWM算法进行仿真研究及实验验证,仿真和实验结果验证了该算法的有效性。
The topology and the operating principle of diode clamped five-level inverter were analyzed. A simplified SVPWM algorithm based on the line voltage coordinates was studied. This algorithm did not need the judgment of sectors, it only needed to judge the direction of the triangle and simple operation to determine the three basic voltage vectors and action time of synthesizing reference voltage vector, greatly increasing calculation speed. The simulation study and experimental verification of five-level SVPWM algorithm based on the line voltage coordinates was conducted, and the results prove the validity of the algorithm.
