摘要 LED驱动电源离不开一个好的前级EMI滤波保护电路,它能为LED应用在苛刻的场合提供一个稳定可靠的保护。为了达到较好的滤波效果,使用Pspice仿真软件进行辅助设计,而且滤波器采用多级滤波的方式提高插入损耗。实验结果表明EMI滤波器对差模和共模干扰都有几十到上百分贝的插入损耗效果,同时电路对浪涌和过电流可以进行有效的保护。 LED driver power can't work very well without a good front-stage EMI filter and protection circuit, which can provide a stability and reliable protection for LED in tough conditions. In order to achieve good filtering effect, the use of simulation software Pspice aided the design, and the filter used multilevel filtering structure to get a better insertion loss effect. Experimental results show that the EMI filter interference on DM and CM has dozens to hundreds of dB insertion loss effect, at the same time surge and over current can be effectively protected by the circuit.
