STARR术治疗重度混合痔合并直肠黏膜松弛效果的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of the effect of STARR on severe mixed hemorrhoids complicated with rec-tal relaxation

目的：探讨吻合器经肛门直肠切除术（ STARR术）治疗重度混合痔合并直肠黏膜松弛的效果。方法回顾性分析47例重度混合痔合并直肠黏膜松弛患者行STARR术后的临床资料。结果44例患者术后症状完全消失，3例患者术后仍有轻微肛门下坠感，但症状较术前有所减轻。结论 STARR术治疗重度混合痔合并直肠黏膜松弛确切、有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of STARR on severe mixed hemorrhoids complicated with rectal relaxation. Methods The clinical data of 47 cases of severe mixed hemorrhoids with rectal relaxation after STARR were retrospectively analyzed. Results The postoperative symptoms completely disappeared in 44 patients,3 cases still had slight postoperative anal straining feeling,but was relieved compared with preoperative symptoms. Conclusions The effect of STARR on severe mixed hemorrhoids complicated with rectal relaxation is exact and effective.
