摘要
目的:降低药库库存,加速库存资金周转。方法:介绍我院部分药品实行零库存精细化管理的措施,并评价其应用及实践效果。结果:通过对采购药品进行合理分类及根据每周使用情况编制每周采购计划,与供应企业就采购信息进行有效沟通,每周动态检查医院总的药品库存等各项精细化管理措施,有效地在我院实行了部分药品的零库存管理。在保证临床用药的情况下,节约了资金和空间,将药品的资金周转率由2010年的298%提高到2012年的528%,2012年节约医院药品占用资金约504万元。结论:部分药品采用零库存管理模式较好地做到了既不积压也不断货,达到了合理控制药品库存和显著降低采购成本等目的。
OBJECTIVE:To reduce the stock of pharmacy store and to speed up the cash flow.METHODS:The measures about the zero stock detailed management of our hospital were introduced,and the application and effects of the measures were evaluated.RESULTS:Through detailed management measures,such as reasonable classification and weekly purchase plan,effective communication with suppler and dynamic total stock check weekly,zero stock management model was carried out effectively in our hospital and reduced the cost and occupation under the situation of fully ensuring the clinical medication.It improved the turnover rate of drugs funds,increasing from 298% in 2010 to 528% in 2012;and saved 5 040 thousand yuan in 2012.CONCLUSIONS:The zero stock management model can partly satisfy the target of controlling the medicine's stock in a reasonable level and significantly reducing the costs,leaving no supply surplus and shortage.
