本文结合民爆行业重特大生产安全事故教训和开展安全评价工作的实际,系统分析了当前民爆安全评价存在的问题与不足,研究了当前民爆安全评价应加强的重点内容,并从强化民爆生产线安全风险管控的角度,探讨了民爆安全评价过程中亟需突出的特征风险评判要点。

According to the lessons from the safety production accidents and the actuality of safety evaluation in civil explosive industry, the problems and disadvantages of civil explosive safety assessment were analyzed, and the things safety evaluation should focus on were researched. Aim to improving the security risk control of production line in civil explosive industry, the key point of feature risk judgment urgent needed during the safety evaluation in civil explosive industry were discussed.
