摘要
儿童功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)的临床诊断主要依据儿童和家长的主诉。专家委员会提出以症状为基础的诊断可以更好地应用于医师,尤其对排除器质性因素的腹痛相关性FGIDs。本文主要阐述腹痛相关性FGIDs的病理生理机制、诊断及治疗。
The clinical diagnosis of children with functional gastrointestinal disorders（FGIDs）is based primarily on complaints of children and their parents.The committee showed that this symptombased classification would better serve the clinician,especially for excluding abdominal painrelated FGIDswith organic factors. This paper is to state physiopathology mechanisms, and diagnosis and treatment of abdominal painrelated FGIDs.
