摘要
文中分析了影响功率合成效率的两大因素,设计了一种应用于微波大功率合成技术的相位均衡器,该相位均衡器可以在不同频点产生不同的相移,比移相器调节更为方便。使用HFSS软件对这一结构进行了仿真,结果表明:改变导体圆柱的插入深度、半径和数量,在Ku频带内相移变化量连续可调,可以实现频带内的相位均衡。最后,对加工的实物进行了测试,并分析了测试结果与仿真结果存在误差的原因。
Two factors affecting the power combining efficiency are analyzed, and a phase equalizer for high power microwave synthesis technology is designed. The phase equalizer can produce different phase shift at different frequencies that makes it more convenient to be regulated than the phase shifter. The simulation results based on the HFSS software show that the phase shift is continuously adjustable in the Ku band by changing the insertion depth, radius and number of the metal cylindrical, and the phase e- quilibrium can be achieved within the band. At last the real structure is tested, and the reasons of error between the test results and the simulation results are analyzed.
