摘要
为了科学、合理地评价不同地域的森林生态恢复效益,在前人研究的基础上构建森林生态恢复效益评价指标体系,通过建立地域异质性调节系数,结合各类指标的特点,采用影子工程法、替代市场法等方法进行指标运算,计算不同地域的森林生态恢复效益评价值,进行森林生态恢复效益评价。
In order to evaluate forest ecosystem restoration effectiveness of different regions scientifically and ratio nally, based on previous research, the paper builds forest ecology restoration effectiveness evaluation system. Through the establishment of adjustment coefficient on different regions, combined with the characteristics of vari ous indicators, using Shadow Project Approach, Surrogate Market Approach for index operation, calculating the different regions forest ecological effectiveness evaluation, to restore the value of forest ecological restoration effec tiveness evaluation.
