摘要
本论文对两种进口隔板、一种国产PE隔板及一种自制PVC-SiO2隔板的基本物理性能、应用该4种隔板装配电池的循环寿命等性能进行了对比研究,讨论了各种隔板的性能特点。研究结果表明自制PVC-SiO2隔板与进口PVC-SiO2隔板各方面性能基本一致,适用于纯胶体蓄电池使用。
In this paper, the physical properties and batteries performance of two kinds of import separator, a domestic PE separator and a self-made PVC-SiO2 separator were compared and studied. The results showed that the performance of self-made separator was at the same level as compared with imported separators. The self-made PVC-SiO2 separator is well adapted to gelled VRLA batteries.
