摘要 系统生命周期是空间项目管理和系统工程方法的基本概念之一。系统生命周期被划分为若干研制阶段,目的是分阶段对整个研制过程进行管理,循序渐进地实现整体目标。研制程序体现了认识逐步深化的科学规律。建立功能基线、分配基线和产品基线,是空间项目管理的共识。 One of the fundamental concepts used in space project management and systems engi- neering is the system lifecycle, which is divided into several development phases. Development phasing organizes the entire process with more manageable pieces and helps to achieve the whole objectives in a progressive way. It reflects the scientific law on the progressive deepening of un- derstanding. Establishing functional baseline, allocated baseline and product baseline is common practice in space project management.
