云南森林航空消防存在的问题及对策

Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Yunnan Aviation Forest Fire Control

介绍云南森林航空消防发展现状。对飞行经费少,航期与防火期不同步,航护飞机性能与云南复杂地理条件不相适应,空域管理限制过多,机场保障能力弱,政府领导对飞机灭火认识不足,地空配合尚未形成系统,滇中无固定基地开展森林航空消防工作等现阶段存在的问题进行分析,藉此提出了积极寻求政策支持,加快建立地空配合协作机制,加快建立南方森林航空消防总调度室等对策及建议。

This paper introduces the development status of Yunnan aviation forest fire control,and analyzes the existing problems such as lack of funds for flight,incompatible of voyage schedule and fire season,disharmony between aircraft performance and complexity of Yunnan geographic conditions,restriction of airspace management,weak airport security,lack of knowledge of aircraft firefighting,immature air-ground cooperation system. Countermeasures like seeking support,accelerating the establishment of air-ground coordination system and management office of Southern Aviation Forest Fire Control are recommended.
