首先概述我国咨询市场现状,分析传统的实体咨询和诞生不久的虚拟咨询所面临的机遇和挑战,在此基础上,富有创新性地提出一种新的定位策略——"虚实结合",并深入探讨了企业进行虚实结合定位的动因、需注意的问题和实施定位的步骤。
Based on a brief introduction of the current situation of domestic consulting market, the paper analyzes the chance and challenge which the traditional and virtual consulting firms are facing, raises a new market positioning strategy named combination of virtuality and entity, and discusses why and how to implement this market positioning strategy.
