摘要
用户价值链是以用户需求为导向来管理与协调组织内部的诸多要素,重点关注组织外部的用户需求和外部环境对内部环境的映射作用。基于用户价值链的图书馆学科服务差异化战略即强调将用户的需求嵌入到组织结构的设计中来,以用户价值导向重组区别于其他组织的业务流程与运作方式,并由此带来学科服务的竞争优势。
The user value chain is based on user needs as the guidance to manage and coordinate various factors within the organization, with special emphasis on the user requirements outward and the mapping function of the external environment to the internal environment. Based on the user value chain, the differentiation strategy of the library subject service emphasizes the user 's demand embedded in the organizational structure, and restructures business process and operation different from other organization as user value orientation, and thus brings the competitive advantage of subject service.
