摘要
文章以中国北车集团唐车公司和与之合作的西门子公司为研究对象,引用前人对于企业文化与隐性知识共享的研究模型,通过现场调研、深度访谈的方法对两个公司的企业文化和隐性知识共享进行了初步的探索。同时,文章根据国外的研究设计了问卷调查的量表,并进行了预调查。根据调查结果,文章探讨了关于中西方企业文化与隐性知识共享关系的异同点,并对更为深入的研究提出了展望和构想。
This paper introduces a case study focused on Tangshan Railway Vehicle Co. , LTD (TRVC) and Siemens China. A preliminary exploration on enterprise culture and tacit knowledge sharing behaviors is made based on former research models using methods including questionnaire survey and interview. The questionnaire is designed following foreign researchers and is used in pre-survey. Based on survey results, this paper discusses similarities and differences between characteristics of western and Chinese enterprise culture and tacit knowledge sharing. Prospects and conceptions of further studied are also orooosed.
