摘要
本文分析高原环境对野战医疗队卫勤指挥及整体保障效能的影响;从保障方案、储备性训练、人员遴选、配置调整、人力资源分配、物资补充、伤员后送等环节,为机动卫勤分队急进高原执行保障任务提供经验和方法。
The article analyzes the infection of plateau environment on field medical team medical commanding and overall support performance.Some experience and methods were provided as follows;support scheme,reserves of training,personnel selection,configuration adjustments,replenishment,medical evacuation and other major aspects.
