Analysis of Strategy for Developing Green Logistics at Tianjin Port

分析了天津港在绿色物流方面存在的一些问题。针对这些问题,提出了天津港发展绿色物流的策略:树立绿色物流理念、对绿色物流的实施进行规划、制定严格的标准和运用激励机制、充分发挥电子数据交换与准时生产方式的作用、加强废弃物管理、加强绿色供应链管理、利用先进的技术设备等。

In this paper, we analyzed some of the problems in the development of the green logistics system at the Tianjin port, then accordingly, proposed the strategies to promote its better development, including building the philosophical system of green logistics in its implementation, formulating strict standards, instituting an incentive mechanism, giving full play to technologies such as EDI and JIT, reinforcing waste material management, and employing advanced technologies and equipment.
