基于服务失败的物流服务补救策略研究

摘要 服务失败和服务补救是影响服务质量的关键因素。对中外服务补救等研究成果进行了介绍,分析了物流服务失败的产生的原因。在此基础上,结合物流行业的特点,从强化理念、完善沟通环境、提高员工沟通能力等6个方面提出了服务补救的策略,为物流企业进行服务补救提供参考。 In this paper, we introduced the achievements of the studies on service recovery both from China and overseas, analyzed the causes of the failure of logistics services, and on such basis, in connection with the characteristics of the logistics industry, proposed the strategies of service recovery on six aspects.
