摘要
由于法律地位和合同身份不同,传统货运代理商向第三方物流服务商转型要面临新的法律责任归属和承担问题,分析了转型后第三方物流服务商所面临的法律责任内容、特征,重点对比分析了传统货运代理商和第三方物流服务商所面临的法律责任的差异,为转型后的货运代理商提供了更为宽广的法律责任视野。
In this paper, we analyzed the content and characteristics of the legal responsibility faced by the traditional freight forwarders after their transformation into third party logistics service providers and then focused on a comparison of their legal responsibility before and after the transformation.
