Evaluation of Logistics Capacity of Chongqing Based on Comprehensive Weighting Approach

阐述了综合赋权法下区域物流能力的研究方法,鉴于区域物流能力本身的复杂性和动态性,首先在构建指标时,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,建立科学的指标体系。其次基于改进Delphi法和熵权法相结合,使权重的确定达到主观和客观的统一,以使结果更加符合实际,从而对区域物流能力进行科学的评价研究。

In this paper, we first introduced the comprehensive weighting method in the research on the regional logistics capacity, then in view of the complexity and dynamics of the capacity itself, established a scientific index system for tis evaluation, and at the end, by combining the improved Delphi method with the entropy weight method, unified the objective and subjective considerations in the weighting process.
