首先介绍了"加权法"的控制原理,然后采用实例说明了如何采用"加权法"对企业的生产物流进行调控,最后提出了运用"加权法"控制生产物流应注意的问题。

In this paper, we first introduced the principle of the weighting approach, then through an empirical example illustrated how to regulate the production logistics of enterprises using the approach, and at the end, pointed out the issues worth attention in the process.
