合作竞争环境下物流企业连锁经营管理绩效评价

Evaluation of Management Performance of Chain Operation of Logistics Enterprises in Coopetitive Environment

通过对国内物流企业连锁经营管理绩效评价研究现状的分析,阐述了国内物流企业连锁经营管理理论及连锁经营的成果,根据连锁经营物流企业的管理特征、管理效能和管理属性,构建物流企业连锁经营管理绩效评价指标体系,基于DEA交叉对抗理论建立物流连锁经营评价模型。选择八家连锁经营物流企业的财务数据作为研究的原始数据,应用全程序列法得到评价模型预算值,进而得到物流企业连锁经营绩效评价结果。结果显示,基于DEA交叉对抗的物流企业连锁经营评价模型弥补了传统模型出现无效单元的缺陷,改进了物流企业连锁经营管理绩效评价方法,为国内连锁经营的物流企业提高经济效益、改善管理模式提供了理论依据。

In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the studies on the operational and administrative performance evaluation of the chain logistics enterprises in China, then introduced the common evaluating processes employed therein and then proposed the logistics chain operation evaluation model based on the DEA cross resistance theory. At the end, we proved the strength of the model in remedying the defect of the traditional models.
