国有企业履行社会责任的法律规制研究

随着经济体制改革的进一步推进,我国国有企业也在不断发展,市场竞争力和盈利能力有了明显的提高。然而,由于配套法律制度和行为规范的缺乏,国有企业漠视其应当履行的社会责任的例子也层出不穷。本文对国有企业的社会责任进行一次深入的探讨。拟从国有企业社会责任的含义和内容入手,再结合其特殊的性质和职能,探讨国有企业履行社会责任的特殊性。力求从根源出发找到一种既适合于我国国情同时又有利于督促国有企业自觉履行其应尽社会责任的法律推进机制。

With further advance of the economic system reform, state-owned enterprises also had development continuously in China, market competitiveness and profitability is more excellent than in the past. However, due to the lack of form a complete set of legal system and informal norms, the examples of state-owned enterprises disregard social responsibility are also more and more. In view of this, this paper prepared for the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises to make a deep discussion. The preliminary plan to from the meaning and content of stateowned enterprise society responsibility, coupled with its special nature and functions of to discuss the particularity of state-owned enterprises to fulfdl social responsibility. Strive to start from the root to find a suitable for China＇s national conditions and is helpful to supervise and urge both state-owned enterprise obligations as its social responsibility consciously promoting mechanism of law.
