摘要
针对连锁酒店加速扩张过程中,跨省份的新建酒店地理位置偏离原有连锁酒店物流配送网络中心,导致配送效率降低、物流配送单位成本增加等问题,提出一种基于多级库存约束理论的连锁酒店物流配送优化模型,根据新建酒店物资的库存数量、物流需求以及对物流成本估计,应用遗传算法计算出物流运输能力和优化库存方法,以物流配送网络效率最大化或物流配送成本最低为目标,构建一个连锁酒店二级物流配送优化模型,并以7天连锁酒店作为案例企业进行实证研究,验证了模型的可行性。
In this paper, we proposed the optimized logistics distribution model of chain hotels on the basis of the multi-echelon inventory constraint theory, used the genetic algorithm to calculate the logistics transportation capacity of the hotels and the methods for the optimization of their inventory, next established the two-echelon logistics distribution optimization model for the chain hotel, and at the end in the case of the 7-days hotel, demonstrated the feasibility of the model.
