Study on Risk Management of Aviation Material Supply for Carrier-based Aircraft

针对某型舰载机的航材供应问题,在深刻剖析其基本任务、业务流程和存在问题等方面的基础上,将风险管理、供应链管理等理论引入其中,研究形成航母舰载机航材供应风险管理理论与方法体系。

In this paper, in view of the aviation material supply problem for a certain model of cartier-based aircraft, we studied in- depth the basic mission, business process and existing problems of it, introduced the theories of risk management and supply chain management, and at the end, formulated the theoretical and methodological system of the risk management in the supply of aviation materials for carrier-craft aircraft.
