摘要
校企合作促进高校物流教师教学能力的培养,其根本是要解决教师专业技术水平、实践能力、课程开发能力提高的问题。由于办学条件、专业设置、师资状况、企业条件、合作程度等方面存在差异,其具体形式需要因地制宜,探索不同的途径与方法。"菜联网"工程核心企业—家事易公司和武汉长江工商学院物流管理系通过校企合作,开展订单式培养,构建"产业+企业+专业"的产学研用实践人才培养模式。专业依据校企共建专业模式要求,按照对接行业、工学结合、与企业进行校企合作共建专业的建设内容及其相互关系开展物流人才培养模式的改进与创新,以期为物流教育实践提供参考借鉴。
In this paper, we studied the cooperation of a school, Wuhan Yangtze River College of Business ＆ Industry, and the core enterprise of the internet of vegetables, Wuhan Justeasy Co., Ltd., and analyzed the customized talent cultivation mode and ＂industry＋ enterprise＋ specialty＂ practical talent cultivation mode established practiced therein. At the end, we analyzed the points of improvement and innovation of the modes over traditional talent cultivation modes and the enlightenment for the practice of logistics education.
