黄丝郁金挥发油-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备及鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 目的制备并鉴定黄丝郁金-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物(Ⅰ-HP-β-CD)。方法以挥发油平均利用率和收率为指标,通过正交试验考察挥发油(Ⅰ)与HP-β-CD的比例、包合时间、温度和搅拌速度对包合工艺的影响;采用薄层色谱(TLC)、差示扫描热量法(DSC)结合光学显微对包合物物相进行鉴定。结果最佳包合工艺为:挥发油(Ⅰ)-HP-β-CD(1:12),包合温度为40℃,搅拌速度1 000 r·min-1,包合时间5 h,挥发油平均利用率为82.67%,包合物收率为88.54%。结论 HP-β-CD对黄丝郁金中的挥发油成分形成分子包合物,可为改善黄丝郁金挥发油溶解度和增加稳定性提供依据。 Objective To prepare and identify the Curcumae Radix oil HP-β-CD inclusion complex. Methods Based on the utilization ratio of volatile oil and the yield of inclusion compound of volatile oil, we studied the infl uence of the proportion of Curcumae Radix oil( Ⅰ) and HP-β-CD, time of inclusion, temperature and stirring speed on the inclusion process by an orthogonal design. Thin layer chromatography and differential scanning calorimetry combined with the optical microscopy were used for the clathrate phase identification. Results The best process technology: volatile oil: HP-β-CD(1 :12), 40 ℃, stirring speed 1 000 r·min- 1, and 300 min. The utilization ratio of volatile oil was 82.67%, and the yield of inclusion complex of volatile oil was 88.54%. Conclusion The Curcumae Radix oil HP-β-CD inclusion complex can provide the basis for increasing the solubility and improving the stability of Curcumae Radix oil.
