王族海棠嫁接繁殖技术研究

Grafting Reproduction Technology Rosearch on Malus royalty

[目的]探索适宜王族海棠生长的嫁接方法、嫁接时期,以期指导当地苗木生长。[方法]研究不同砧木品种、来源,不同砧木栽植年限,不同接穗粗度对王族海棠成活率和生长量的影响。[结果]砧木品种不同、不同粗度、不同来源接穗嫁接后的成活率无差异;砧木栽植龄期对嫁接成活率、生长量影响较大。[结论]采用劈接法嫁接,以接穗未发芽,砧木栽植1年成活后嫁接较适宜。

[Objective] To explore grafting method and grafting time which are suitable for the growth of suitable for the growth of the Malus royalty in order to guide local seedling growth. [Method]Effects of different root stock varieties,source,root stock growing years on survival rate and growth of Malus royalty were studied.[Result] There is no difference in survival rates under different root stock varieties,different roughness and source. Root stock growing years had large effect on survival rate and growth. [Conclusion]The method is more appropriate by using the cleft grafting method,scion not sprout,root stock plant for a year.
