莴苣产量性状比较和相关性分析

Comparison and Correlation Analysis of Yield Traits of Lettuce( Lactuca sativa var. angustana Irish)

[目的]为了筛选出适合贺州气候生长的莴苣(Lactuca sativa var.angustana Irish)品种并探索影响莴苣产量各性状间的相关性。[方法]以11个莴苣品种(永安红莴笋、冬寒红尖叶莴笋、紫箭香笋王、八号红尖叶、永安飞桥香笋王、翠绿长青、南韩红笋、农博士尖叶8号、东方红尖叶、韩国红尖叶、柳兴莴苣)作为试验材料,测定单株商品重、单株茎重、株高、块茎高及茎粗5个性状。[结果]翠绿长青为淘汰品种;柳兴莴苣各项性状指标均表现较低;而其他品种间的差异较小,适合发展;产量性状间均达到了极显著相关,且块茎重和株高两性状对莴苣的商品量影响较大。[结论]该研究可为贺州市更好地发展蔬菜产业和保障农民增产增收提供品种依据。

[Objective] The aim was to screen out the varieties of lettuce that was fit for the climate of Hezhou,and explore the correlation of its yield characters. [Method] Taking 11 lettuce varieties（ Yonganhong lettuce,Donghanhong sharp leaf lettuce,Zijiang Xiangsunwang,Bahaohongjianye,Yonganfeiqiao Xiangsunwang,Cuilvchangqing,South Korea red lettuce,Nongboshijianye No. 8,Dongfanghong sharp leaf lettuce,Korea red sharp leaf lettuce,Liuxing lettuce） as test materials,5 characters,commodity weight per plant,tuber weight per plant,plant height,tuber height and tuber diameter,were measured. [Result]The Cuilvchangqing should be eliminated; the performance of every character indices of Liuxing lettuce was poor; there were a little difference among the other varieties,which were suitable for development; there was very significant correlation among the 5 yield characters,and tuber weight per plant and plant height were more important for commodity weight of lettuce than the other yield characters. [Conclusion]The study provides a variety basis for developing vegetable industrial better and protecting farmers to increase yield and income in Hezhou City.
