摘要 [目的]建立一种以甲醇和水为流动相的检测方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇和水(V∶V=55∶45)为流动相,在254 nm处,对30%多·福可湿性粉剂中2种有效成分进行定量分析。[结果]此方法的标准偏差分别为0.551 8和0.206 1;变异系数分别为3.341%和1.442%;线性相关系数分别为0.999 7和0.999 9;平均回收率分别为99.64%和99.69%。[结论]建立了一种快速简便、定量准确、重复性好、准确度高的30%多·福可湿性粉剂的分析方法。 [Objective]The aim was to establish detection method with amethanol and water as mobile phase. [Method]A method was introduced for determination of Carbendazim + Thiram wettable powders by HPLC with C18column,UV 254 nm detection,methanol + water( V∶ V = 55∶ 45) as mobile phase. [Result]The results showed that the standard deviation was 0. 551 8 and 0. 206 1; the coefficients of variations were 3. 341% and 1. 442%; the average recoveries were 99. 64% and 99. 69%; linear correlations were 0. 999 7 and 0. 999 9 for carbendazim and thirm respectively.[Conclusion] The analysis method of 30% Carbendazim + Thiram wettable powders was established with a fast simple, quantitative accuracy,repeatability and high accuracy.
