摘要
以凹凸棒土和活性污泥作为原材料,制备多孔载体。考查了活性污泥与凹凸棒土的不同比例、煅烧温度、保温时间和造孔剂量等因素,分析了样品的抗压强度、表观强度、真密度和孔隙率,确定了最佳制备条件为:凹凸棒土与活性污泥的混合比例为2∶3,添加5%的碳酸氢铵作为造孔剂,在1 100℃下保温1 h。最后,采用溶胶-凝胶法在多孔载体上负载二氧化钛,制备出多孔吸附光催化复合材料。
The attapulgite and activated sludge was used as raw material to make the porous carrier. The experiment examined the factors of different ratios between sludge and attapulgite,calcination temperature,holding time,and pore dose,etc. After the analysis of the compressive strength,apparent density,true density,and porosity of the sample,the optimal experimental conditions were obtained: the ratio of 2∶ 3 for attapulgite and activated sludge,5% ammonium bicarbonate as the pore-forming agent,and heat preservation at 1 100 ℃ for 1 hour. At last,the sol-gel method was used to load the titanium dioxide on the porous carrier to prepare the porous absorbing photocatalyst.
