在广泛文献检索的基础上,对超临界流体萃取的基本原理、影响因素以及超临界流体的性质、选择原则等进行了介绍,并对超临界流体萃取在烟草工业、食品工业、医药工业、化学工业、环境科学、天然色素的提取和分析化学中的应用进展进行综述,为超临界流体萃取技术的进一步应用提供参考。

On the basis of extensive literature search,the basic principle and influencing factors of supercritical fluid extraction,the properties and selection principle of supercritical fluid were reviewed. And the applications of supercritical fluid extraction in tobacco industry,food industry,pharmaceutical industry,chemical industry,environmental science,natural pigment and analytical chemistry were also reviewed,so as to provide scientific data for further application of supercritical fluid extraction technology.
