摘要
[目的]探讨减压精馏分离2,3-丁二醇的工艺参数。[方法]以提取过1,3-PDO后的物料为原料进行减压精馏分离2,3-丁二醇,在一定的操作条件下考察反应段温度、原料中2,3-丁二醇含量、出料位置、进料温度、回流比等对精馏过程以及对2,3-丁二醇产品纯度的影响。[结果]试验发现,在2,3-丁二醇减压精馏过程中,使用2,3-丁二醇含量在28%左右、温度在57℃左右的物料,出料位置在第24个塔板处,回流比6∶1,此时得到2,3-丁二醇产品的浓度可以达到95%以上。[结论]研究可为生物法制备2,3-丁二醇的工业化生产提供参考依据。
[Objective] To discuss technique parameters of distillation and separation of 2,3-BD. [Method]Under a certain operation condition,effects if reaction temperature,2,3-BD content,discharge location,feed temperature and reflux ratio on purity of 2,3-BD were investigated. [Result] The results showed that in 2,3-BD distillation process,using 28% 2,3-BD material content under 57 ℃,the material position in the twenty-fourth tower plates,reflux ration 6∶ 1,the 2,3-BD concentration of obtained products could reach more than 95%. [Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for industrial production of 2,3-BD prepared by biological method.
