Network organization (No) js a neworganization model which can well adapt to knowledge society,information economy and requirement of organization innovation.Network organization can reply naturally and effectively to the complex and uncertain changes of the environment. In this paper, the concept of NO, the characteristic of NO's information flow, innovatlon mechanism and NO's operation and management are discussed.
