摘要
随着国家对农田水利设施建设的重视程度不断提升,节水型灌溉农业技术得到了较大的发展支持。甘肃省武威市作为西北干旱半干旱地区节水型灌溉农业技术的典型代表,近年来当地通过运用不同类型的节水技术发展灌溉农业取得了较大的成就。但是部分节水型技术在应用过程中也出现了"水土不服"的现象,逐步被其他新型节水灌溉技术所替代。与此同时由香港浸会大学和中国农业大学联合实施的"甘肃内陆干旱区交替灌溉节水技术示范与推广试点项目(以下简称PRI项目)"得到了较好的示范和推广,PRI项目体现的技术适用性是其能够发挥作用的关键因素之一。为此,从适用技术理论的视角考察甘肃武威PRI项目在当地节水灌溉农业中的应用,以期能够探寻适用技术对于节水灌溉农业的重要作用。
Water-saving irrigation agriculture technology has got greater development support as China put more emphasis on the construction of irrigation and water conservancy facilities. As key areas of water-saving irrigation agriculture technology extension of China,the northwest arid and semi-arid regions have made great achievements in the development of irrigated agriculture by using different kinds of water-saving technologies in recent years. There are problems in the application process of some water-saving technologies,however,and they are replaced by other new water-saving irrigation technologies gradually. At the same time,Partial Rootzone Irrigation( PRI) Water Saving Technique Training Pilot Project in the arid areas of Gansu Province( hereafter PRI project) implemented by Hong Kong Baptist University and China Agricultural University got a good demonstration and promotion. One of the key factors for the project to work is the technology applicability. Therefore,this article inspects the PRI project in the local application of water-saving irrigation agriculture from the perspective of appropriate technology theory,in order to explore its significant role in water-saving irrigation agriculture.
