Discussion on Writing a Literature Review for University Students Majored in Food Science

撰写文献综述是高校食品专业大学生完成理论课程论文和进行科研实验的重要组成部分。从文献搜集、文献阅读、撰写文献综述3大方面有针对性地进行分析,探讨了食品专业大学生撰写文献综述过程中存在的错误,提出文献综述中概括归纳的方法,为提高食品专业大学生文献综述能力提供参考。

Writing a literature review was an important part of college for university students majored in food science to complete the theoretical papers and conduct research experiments. The study analyzed three main areas based on literature collection,literature reading and writing the literature review. Errors made by the university students majored in food science were discussed. It also proposed the methods for inductive generalization. This paper provided the references to improve the ability of writing the literature review for university students majored in food science.
