摘要
基于食品分析课程的理论性、实践性和系统性,结合笔者的教学经验及工作体会,从优化教学内容、科学组织实践教学、改进教学方法及改革考核方法等方面,对食品分析课程的教学改革进行了探讨。
Based on theoretical,practical and systematic characteristics of Food Analysis course,combined with teaching and working experiences,from aspects of teaching content optimization,organization of practice teaching scientifically,teaching methods improvement and examination methods reform,this paper explores the teaching reform of Food Analysis course.
