社会变革对高等医学教育的影响与改革启示

Effects of social changes on higher medical education and implications for reform

伴随社会发展变化，我国高等医学教育在健康决定因素与卫生服务需要、病人意识与医患关系、医学知识发展与技术更新以及全球化等方面面临着诸多挑战，迫切需要进一步深化改革。本文在分析社会变革对高等医学教育影响的基础上，结合我国高等医学教育目前存在的问题，就深化高等医学教育改革提出了若干建议。

Accompanying social development, higher medical education in China faces a number of challenges in terms of health determinants and demand, patient awareness and doctor-patient relationship, development of medical knowledge and technology advancement, and globalization. It is urgent to further deepen medical education reform in the country. On the basis of analyzing the effects of social changes on higher medical education and relevant problems, the authors put forward several suggestions on reforming higher medical education in China.
