八年制临床医学专业学生教学改革认知调查 被引量:2

A survey of perception on teaching reform for eight-year program undergraduate students of clinical medicine

摘要 目的调查八年制临床医学专业学生对于本校医学教学改革的认知情况及相关行为等,了解在教学改革过程中学生主体地位的体现。方法采用自编问卷,对北京某医学院校2008级-2011级八年制临床医学专业学生进行调查。结果在参与调查的665名学生中,86.2%的学生对于“新途径”教学改革内容有一定了解,37.0%的学生知晓“学校就教学改革政策制订/修订征求过学生意见”,2008级学生知晓率低于2009级-2011级学生;学生对PBL( problem-based learning,以问题为基础学习)与CBL( case-based learning,以案例为基础学习)教学方法、早期接触临床、创新人才培养等教学改革措施认可率较高,对基层卫生实践、临床技能大赛、大学生创新实验等认可率较低。结论“新途径”教学改革推行以来,学生对于教学改革的认知有所提高,但部分教学改革措施没有得到预期认可。因此,建议学校加强对于教育教学理念、教学改革中学生参与权利和途径等的宣传;通过积极听取学生意见、扩大教学改革覆盖范围、提高学生参与率等手段完善教学改革措施;鼓励和提供途径让更多低年级学生接触临床实践,以加强学生实践能力和自主学习能力的培养。 Objective To investigate the perception and behavior on medical teaching reform for eight-year program undergraduate students of clinical medicine, and find out the manifestation of students’ subjectivity. Methods Grade 2008 to 2011 eight-year program students of clinical medicine from a medical college were surveyed with self-designed questionnaire. Results 86. 2% of the 665 students knew about the content of “new path” teaching reform, 37. 0% of the 665 students knew that student opinions were sought during teaching reform policy-making, the rate of Grade 2008 is lower than Grade 2009 to 2011; the recognition rate of PBL(problem-based learning)& CBL(case-based learning), early clinical exposure and innovation talent training is relatively high, while primary health practice, clinical skills competition and innovative experiment is low . Conclusions The perception on “new path”teaching reform has improved since it developed, but part of reform measures were not recognized as expected. It is advised for the college to strengthen the publicity of educational and teaching idea and rights and means of participation, listen to students’ views actively, take measures such as expanding the scope of students who can participate in reform, and make more junior students exposure to clinical practice to build up practical and self-learning ability.
