新媒体在高校兼职辅导员工作中的应用模式初探

Exploration on the application of the new media of part-time political instructor working in colleges and universities

目的兼职辅导员因为双重身份而导致其开展日常学生工作效果欠佳的现状颇为普遍，本研究旨在探讨适用于高校兼职辅导员的工作模式。方法对北京大学医学部26名兼职辅导员和300名学生就有关新媒体的了解程度、使用情况、应用环境三方面进行问卷调查，并进行个别访谈。结果新媒体在师生中的接纳率高，但是师生认同的使用习惯、使用方法和使用程度均存在差异。结论灵活、立体、适当的应用新媒体，将作为未来全面推荐兼职辅导员日常工作的基本模式。

Objective For double identity, college part-time political instructor usually don ’ t have a good effect on daily work of students, this study aims to explore the work model applying to them. Methods The study conducted a questionnaire survey about understanding degree, usage and application environment with 26 part-time political instructors and 300 students cooperated with some individual interviews. Results The new media have been widely accepted in the political instructors and students, but there are different habits, usages and extents between the both. Conclusions Flexible, stereoscopic and appropriate using the new media will be recommended to part-time political instructors, as basic model of daily work of students.
